My paintings have become increasingly non-objective artworks with no recognizable subject matter, an exercise in geometric abstraction, space related to shape, my subject being the painting itself. Non-objective art explores the potential of abstraction, the shape, brush marks, colors, tones, lines and textures, but does not try to pin down a subject. This lets the viewer respond emotionally to the painting. My vocabulary of communication is the fusion of color and structure combined with non-objective compositions.
